Erin Foy, Founder and CEO

Erin Foy is the founder of SWM Consulting, a strategy-first collective at the intersection of health, wellness, and performance. With nearly two decades of experience scaling some of the world’s most influential brands, she brings a rare combination of enterprise-level rigor and founder-led intuition. Her career spans senior roles at WPP and Publicis, and nearly a decade at Google, where she led strategy and sales for the Health vertical—developing scalable systems across search, video, and emerging platforms for global pharmaceutical and wellness brands.

In 2021, Erin launched SWM Consulting to bring that same strategic clarity to purpose-driven businesses. What began as a consultancy quickly evolved into a multi-division powerhouse: SWM Consulting (brand and growth strategy), SWM Digital (a boutique digital ad agency), and now SWM AI - home of Wavey.

Wavey was originally built as an internal tool for Erin’s own team - a way to reduce the noise, replace the slide rewrites, and surface sharper insights, faster. Within 90 days of rollout, it helped drive a 12.2x increase in agency ROI and a doubling of headcount.

Jeffrey Ramsey is the Chief Product & Technology Officer for SWM Consulting, SWM Digital, and SWM AI, where he leads all product and technology teams across the SWM ecosystem.

He doesn’t just build platforms - he builds what other engineers study. With several decades of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, and advanced product development, Jeff has designed and scaled technology across some of the most complex, high-stakes environments in the world.

As a Principal Engineer with top technologies companies, he has led critical infrastructure projects where precision and reliability weren’t optional, they were non-negotiable.

He’s led engineering at major companies like AT&T, founded and scaled his own firm (Link Technology), and architected enterprise systems used across industries from telecom to digital platforms.

At Wavey, Jeff brings that same level of rigor and innovation to the agency world. He built the platform’s engine from the ground up to do what strategy decks and dashboards never could: think fast, surface what matters, and adapt in real time.
